Who Performs the Inspection?

Your inspection will be performed by one of our highly trained Vehicle Inspectors.

Each of our inspectors must complete a thorough training course at our state of the art training facility located in Nashville, TN. The training course includes instruction on the following:

• Structural/frame analysis for all vehicle types.
• Collision repair methods used for structural and non-structural body repairs.
• Previous collision damage discovery techniques.
• Flood and water damage discovery techniques.
• Odometer discrepancy investigation techniques.
• System software and electronic reporting procedures.
• Complete vehicle inspection procedures.
• Customer service skills development.
• During this training course, the inspector will actually inspect dozens of "test" vehicles to ensure a high degree of performance for our customers.

Each inspector is also given routine "Follow-up Training" on a continuous basis to keep them up to date on the latest inspection techniques and changes in the automotive industry.
