Will an inspector
come to me?
Inspection Solution only offers mobile inspections. A
Professionally Trained Vehicle Inspector will perform the inspection at a location
of your choice.

What are
the hours that an inspection will be performed?
We perform inspections during morning and evening
time blocks. Mornings are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Evenings are
from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Our inspector will contact you prior to the scheduled
block of time to confirm the appointment.

How long
does the inspection process take?
You can expect the inspection and consultation to
take approximately 1 hour. Most inspections are completed within
2 business days of the appointment being scheduled.

Can I be
present at the inspection?
Yes! We encourage you to be present for the inspection.
You will be provided a copy of the report. If the inspector finds
any "problems", you will be there first hand to ask any
questions about the vehicle or inspection process.

How do I
receive results of the inspection?
After the inspection, our Vehicle Inspector
will call you and verbally go over the report with you. Any questions
you may have for the inspector can be answered at that time. A copy of the
inspection report can be obtained online by going to
www.inspectionsolution.com. If you have difficulties with the online process, please
contact our Customer Care Center at (877)665-3666.

Yes. The inspector will call you as soon as possible
after completing the inspection and go over the inspection report
with you.

How is the
estimated value or repair cost calculated?
Inspection Solution does not estimate or perform
any type of repair. This allows our inspectors to give an honest,
unbiased evaluation of the vehicle. No estimated value is associated
with the vehicle being inspected.

Can you direct
me to someone who can make repairs needed?
No. In order to remain completely unbiased in
our inspection and reporting process, we do not recommend any repair
facilities. For needed repairs, we recommend that you get estimates
from several repair shops. Friends and coworkers are also a good
source for referrals.
